Who we are
Michael Hall has over 40 years of experience in the museum sector, serving as a managing director and CEO for five organizations focused on cultural and historical preservation. His son, James, became his chief assistant and collaborated on a manuscript detailing their experiences with Cold War veterans while at the National Atomic Testing Museum. Their work highlights the ongoing relevance of nuclear conflict concerns, which are now more pressing than since the Cuban Missile Crisis.
After retiring from the sciences, Michael returned to his passion for art and now manages a regional art museum with James. Both have educational backgrounds in their fields, with Michael holding degrees from various universities and James studying at The Las Vegas Art Institute. Their experiences with nuclear weapons keep them acutely aware of current global tensions and their implications for the planet.
